Residential Rents for Expatriates in Bangkok is Expected to Increase

 It was assumed by James Pitchon, executive director at CBRE Thailand, who is covering the housing leasing market in Bangkok over the last 20 years that Residential rents for emigrant apartments as well as housing are predicted to develop for the first time in two periods, according to consultancy firm of property CBRE Thailand. Meanwhile the early 90s has very slightly growth which is perceived in the full amount of rent that is to be paid through emigrants for their housing, but this is expected to alter.

Rates of Housing Units increases to 48% during 4 Years

According to research led by Sena Development Plc as per mentioned by the Bangkok Post prices of houses in Greater Bangkokare increased on an average of 48% since 2009, although the values of townhouses as well as single houses are raised by 25% and 36% correspondingly.

The developer establish that six locations are found there, where a constant growth in prices of houses was perceived by Bang Na Suvarnabhumi, Bang Sue Nonthaburi,  Ratchada (Lat Phrao-Makkasan),  Kae Rai-Laksi-Ram Intra, Taksin-Bang Wa as well as On Nut-Bearing, in 2009.
