According to the property developers the rise in the price of the residential property might take place in the second part of this year and this rise might be in the range of 3 to 5 percent. This prediction is made on the basis of current rise in the construction expenses and the prices of the land.
About four percent of increase in the residential price has been made by the Pruksa real estate in the last part of this year as compared to the first part of the this year and this rise in price has led to an increase in the costs of raw materials used in construction as well as the land prices.
Due to the same rise in the property and construction costs, Sansiri Plc also attuned their prices from 2 to 3 percent.
The prices of condominium has been maintained by the LPN development Plc but the good thing about them is that they have kept in mind the purchasing power of customers and managed their projects and designs accordingly so that it can also meet the expenses caused by the raised prices.
Similarly residential prices have also been revised up to 3-5 percent by the SC Asset Corporation Plc.
The CEO and President of Pruksa Real Estate Plc , Mr Thongma Vijitpongpun states that the rise in residential prices was made because the company was forces to do so and this rise in prices has made about 5 to 10 percent rise in the raw material, construction prices and the land prices etc.
