Major Development unveils new ‘Maestro’ brand condo

Recently Major Development Estate Co. Ltd has unveiled its new brand “Maestro”. It has its important features include condominium project in key locations with individuality and classic designing at affordable prices.

Under Maestro 39, new brand, the first project is situated at Sukhumvit 39. The target customers are ex-pats and mid-high local market, particularly Japanese nationals in Thailand. Location is popularly named as ‘Little Tokyo’. The total worth of the project is 600 million baht. Presales activities started last month. 90 units are offered at an average of per square meter 110,000 baht.

 Executive director of Major Development Public Company Ltd PetradaPoolvorlaks, narrated that the company is currently working hard to increase the customers. The company found that people are in dire needs of homes near or in the city center. In such places transport and other facilities are available at first hand.

Maestro possesses unique features. Such features distinguish it from other brands. The low-rise condominium has eight floors, 90 units and underground parking. The interior style is combination of Japanese style Mino and Italian style Milazzo. The units are classified according to the number of beds each unit contains. One, two or three bed units are offered. The space ranges from 30 to 122 sq m.

According to the research of the company, Sukhumvit 39 is city where Japanese working in Thailand reside. This is why; the interior design, bath tubs and pet friendliness are the important features. At the mid of urban facilities, the project appeals the customers effectively.
