From 9 -12 January, property developers, agents and investors will converge on Pattaya to attend the new four-day Pattaya Property Show, which takes place at the Hilton Pattaya.

The exhibition has attracted a significant number of real estate companies with Mumbai’s Universal Group supporting as platinum sponsor along with gold sponsors A+ Properties and Blue Sky.

More than 45 leading developers and realtors will display their projects at the event, with properties on offer in a variety of locations around Pattaya and beyond, catering to a range of budgets.

Pattaya based exhibitors include Kingdom Property, The Urban, Siam Royal View, Onyx, Sansiri, Nova Group, Orion, Raimon Land, Grand Caribbean, Elegance, A.T Jomtien, Ocean Residential Property, Sands, The Ville, Riviera, Siam Realty Group, Seven Seas, Natureza Art, Pattaya Posh, Savana Sands, Global Insurance, S Fifty, Beach Properties, REBA, New Nordic, REBA, and Compass.

There will also be property on show from other regions in Thailand, including Mosaic with beachside property in Rayong, The Hoben Villas on the island of Koh Lanta and Siam Royal View’s resort on Koh Chang.

Pattaya is currently one of the Southeast Asia region’s investment hotspots with new developments continually being launched. Competitive property prices, together with a friendly year round climate and a healthy tourist economy make the city an attractive proposition, and the organisers expect to welcome buyers from Singapore, India, Malaysia, as well as other regions in Thailand.

A number of developers will be offering their own finance packages at the Pattaya Property Show, with deposits as low as 15 percent. Meanwhile, special offers will also draw buyers to the stands, including a prize draw by A+ Properties, giving the the first 30 buyers that reserve a unit in their project the chance to win a new Nissan Almera.

Entry to the show is free and opening hours are form 18.00 until 22.00 on the opening evening then 11.00 to 20.00 on the remaining three days.
