Tulip Group confirmed recently that its latest luxury home, Centara Grand Home, has gotten official EIA approval (Environmental Effect Evaluation) and that construction has now started.
Located beside the coastline, the luxury home will include 3 towers, with 2 residential towers and a 5 star hotels and resort-- Centara Grand Jomtien-- occupying the 3rd tower.
