ASEAN region economic growth Continue to Increase Office Space Demand Featured

ASEAN region economic growth is expected to continue to increase demand for office space, with domestic occupiers leading the push for prime space, according to research by Knight Frank Asia-Pacific.

The property consultancy's Prime Office Index rose for the 12th successive quarter, increasing 1.7% in the January-March period of 2013 and 5.6% over the last 12 months. Fifteen of the 19 prime office markets tracked saw prime rents increase in the Q1, 2013.
