Thailand property firm LPN Development is introducing its latest condominium project, Lumpini Condotown Ladprakow 2, with units starting at Bt888,000.
The project, which has a total of 532 units, is located close to the new Kharai-Min Buri mass-transit line that should be completed by mid-2017. The condominium should be ready by in 2014.
Supalai offers green-concept homes
Supalai Plc is launching its latest single-detached house and townhouse project, Supalai View Onnut-Suan Luang, worth Bt442 million in total. Units start at Bt3 million each.
The project follows a green-energy saving concept for both types of units and supports different lifestyles. Every unit includes three bedrooms and two carparks, with usable space of at least 114 square metres on a plot of at least 37 square metres. The project is close to the motorway and Airport Link.
Urban sets up Gallery at Soi Bearing
Urban Property Co Ltd is launching a new condominium project, the Gallery, at Soi Bearing-Sukhumvit 107, with units starting at Bt1.79 million.
The project is a 27-storey high-rise with 260 units that come in one and two-bedroom sizes as well as duplex and penthouse. The project should be completed in the last quarter of 2015.
