The Plant Nawamin, the latest single-detached house project on Nawamin Rd by Pruksa Real Estate Plc, has been designed in a "Modern Contemporary" style, the firm said.
The project is designed for maximum functionality. With floor space between 126 square metres and 187sqm, there are two unit types: three bedrooms/two bathrooms and three bedrooms/three bathrooms, at a starting price of Bt6.6 million.
L&H launches Key Udomsuk
Land & Houses Plc is introducing Key Udomsuk, a low-rise condominium that is only eight storeys high and houses 154 units, with prices starting at Bt1.69 million per unit.
The units come in a one-bedroom type ranging in size from 30.5 square metres to 39.5sqm, and a two-bedroom type of 50.5-61sqm. Construction has already started and should be completed by the end of this year.
Sansiri debuts Khon Kaen condo
Sansiri Plc has introduced the Base Tepharak-Khon Kaen condominium, worth Bt1.65 billion, after successfully selling out the Base Height-Mitrapap early this year.
The Base Tepharak-Khon Kaen comprises 620 units located on four rai at a starting price of Bt1.9 million per unit, each of which utilises 29 square metres of floor space.

LPN Development Plc has introduced its latest condominium project, Lumpini Place Suk Sawad-Rama 2, at a starting price of Bt1.23 million per unit.
The project combines 750 units worth a combined Bt1.1 billion. The project offers a new design aimed at achieving full functionality in a compact size of 26 square metres.
