Thailand developer Pruksa Real Estate Plc has introduced Pruksa Ville 57 at Pattanakarn. Designed in a Balinese style, units start at Bt1.7 million. The project has townhouse and twin-house units.
The townhouses have utilisation space of between 95 square metres and 120sqm, comprising three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the twin-house units utilise 150sqm, comprising three bedrooms and two bathrooms at prices ranging from Bt4 million to Bt5 million per unit.

Orin Property Co Ltd's latest project, Origin Bang Mod-Rama II, is worth Bt700 million with a unit starting price of Bt1.29 million.
