Thai luxury real estate developer Langsuan Assets Co unveiled its latest condominium project, KLASS Langsuan, in the heart of Bangkok, this week.
Strategically located in the capital’s Chidlom-Ploenchit neighbourhood, the 110-unit development is set to be constructed on one Langsuan Road’s final remaining land plots, according to Langsuan Assets CEO Thanin Leenabanchong.
“After the overwhelming success of the predecessor, KLASS Silom, our team has further striven to acquire the best location to create a new urban real estate landmark,” he said. “Their determination has resulted in KLASS Langsuan which is located… just minutes away from Chidlom BTS station and Central Chidlom [department store], which is only 200 metres away.”
The low-rise, eight-storey project, set on about 1,644 sqm, will offer fully-furnished one, two and three bedroom units, ranging from 34 to 118 sqm. Prices start at THB5.7 million (US$198,000), while the duplex and penthouse units are expected to fetch about THB20 million (US$694,800).
“High-end consumers have a lot of purchasing power, and their decisions are based on quality and great value for money,” Thanin said. “KLASS is not a large-scale project, but it is worth the investment, whether for one’s own residence or for long term investment.”
Units in the eight-storey development, which is slated to be completed in 2015, will be available for one day only on May 18 at the official sales event to be held at Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong.
