China EXIM Bank and Country Group Development PCL signed a contract for supporting the Project of Landmark Waterfront which is a high-end housing as well as hotel project situated on a significant seaside address on the Chao Phraya River.
According to contract the Import-Export Bank of China will assist the growth of the project having worth at Baht 11.6 billion. Subsequent to the contract, Construction Engineering Group of Beijing is one of top ten international contractors of China having projects in different countries like the Malaysia USA, Mauritius, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates, it appeared as the prominent candidate to convert the key contractor into project of Landmark Waterfront.
Assistant President of the EXIM Bank, Yuan Xing Yong, remarked at the contract signing ceremony. “This is China EXIM Bank which is first main venture in the private sector in Thailand. It locality, its involvement in the team and the vision of company to distribute greater quality and value that make this a stimulating project for EXIM Bank to be involved with.”
