As a subsidiary of Quality Houses, The Confidence Co, plans to launch two new condominium projects worth a total of Bt1.23 billion in the second half as it pursues full-year revenue of Bt5 billion.
Managing director Pairote Watanawarodom said that although the demand for homes, especially condominiums, this month was expected to grow only slightly, the company believed that this is temporary situation. Therefore it is going ahead with two new projects in Nakhon Pathom and Chon Buri provinces.
The Trust Condo Nakhonpathom has total project value of Bt632 million, of which it has already sold Bt250 million worth. The project will launch this month.
The Trust at Amata Industrial Estate in Chon Buri province, worth Bt600 million, will launch in the final quarter of the year, he said.
The Confidence Co launched six projects in the first half of 2013.
Meanwhile, the company has delayed the launch of a condominium project worth Bt500 million in Rayong province from 2013 to 2014 because it is waiting for a new design for which it will apply for an Environment Impact Assessment.
"The oil spill off Koh Samet did not affect our [plans for] a residential-project launch in Rayong because this location has a lot of demand from people who work at the industrial estate," he said.
